TyresExpert provides on-location mobile tyre services, including tyre installation, tyre rotation, puncture and tyre repair, and wheel alignment, delivered directly to your home, office, or roadside location within our coverage area in Dubai, UAE.

2. Eligibility

By using our Site or booking our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement, and that the vehicle and location details you provide are accurate and that you have authority to request services on the vehicle in question.

3. Bookings and Quotes

• Quotes provided via the Site, phone, or WhatsApp are estimates based on the information you provide (vehicle type, tyre size, location, and service required) and may be revised after physical inspection of your vehicle.
• A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate location, accessible parking, and a safe environment for our technician to carry out the Service.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking if the location is unsafe, inaccessible, or outside our service coverage area.

4. Service Delivery

• Our technicians will arrive at the confirmed location within the estimated time window communicated to you. Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• For safety reasons, certain services cannot be performed on highways, toll roads, or other restricted areas. In such cases, we may direct you to a nearby safe location.
• You or an authorized representative must be present at the service location for the duration of the work, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if we determine that completing it would be unsafe for our technician, you, or others.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices displayed on our Site or quoted to you are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Final pricing may vary based on the actual tyre size, brand, condition of your vehicle, or additional work identified by our technician, and will be confirmed with you before any chargeable work begins.
• Payment is due upon completion of the Service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and card payments as indicated on our Site.
• Any additional charges (e.g., for parts replaced, nitrogen filling, or out-of-coverage-area travel) will be communicated to you before being applied.

6. Tyres and Parts

• We supply a range of new, branded tyres as well as repair services for existing tyres, subject to availability.
• Tyres and parts supplied by us carry the warranty terms specified by the manufacturer or as communicated to you at the time of purchase, where applicable.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in tyres or parts not supplied by us.
• Old tyres removed during replacement may be disposed of by us responsibly, unless you request to keep them at the time of service.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us before our technician is dispatched to your location.
• If a technician has already been dispatched and you cancel, reschedule, or are unavailable at the confirmed location, a call-out or cancellation charge may apply.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to technician availability, weather, safety concerns, or other operational reasons, and will inform you as soon as possible.

8. Warranty and Liability

• We aim to provide professional, high-quality workmanship. Any warranty on labour or repairs performed by us will be communicated to you at the time of service.
• We are not liable for damage, loss, or issues arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions, manufacturer defects in tyres or parts, or misuse of the vehicle after service completion.
• To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, our liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the value of the Service paid for by you.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of time, inconvenience, or third-party claims, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle, location, and contact information when booking
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to your vehicle for our technician
  • Supervise children, pets, or other individuals near the service area while work is being carried out
  • Settle payment promptly upon completion of the Service
